In pursuance of sub-section (3) of section 181 of the Electricity Act, 2003, the Commission through previous publication of the draft Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission (State Advisory Committee) Regulations, 2009, invited suggestions and comments and were received from 1. Consumer Education and Research Society, Ahmadabad vide their letter No. CERS/ENERGY/KKB/LTR/127 DATED 12.11.2009 The comments received have been examined and the Commission's decisions are discussed in the Statement.
