These Regulations shall be called the Joint Electricity Regulatory Commission for the State of Goa and Union Territories (Terms and Conditions for Determination of Tariff) Regulations, 2009. These Regulations shall come into force from the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. These Regulations shall extend to the whole of the State of Goa and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandighar, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Lakshadeep and Puducherry.
